FAQ
How do I book a workshop?
Simply book your place online or reserve it at our centre. All the practical information about the workshop will be sent to you by e-mail a few days before the session.
How can I find out about workshops?
The easiest way to find out about future workshops is to follow our social networks. If you would like to receive dates by e-mail, please let us know when you create your online account.
How does a workshop work?
Depending on the theme, the organisation of the workshop may be a little different. If it's a yoga class with dogs, we'd ask you to arrive a little early if you'd like to bring your dog along so he can stretch his legs before the session. Otherwise, just come and enjoy a yoga class like no other. Instructions and rules to be observed around dogs will be given on site.
If it's a conference on a weekday evening or a workshop at the weekend, we ask you to send us your questions in advance, if you have any, and to arrive on time on the day.
What do I need to bring to a workshop?
You will receive information by e-mail if you need to plan something special. Most of the time, we'll take care of making everything available to you.
